To create a service request:

Log into the Return Rabbit Admin Interface.

Go to Orders.
You can also create a new request from the Service Request screen. If you click on Create new request from the service requests screen, you will be sent to the orders screen where you just follow the process below.

Select Create New Request.

Look up the order number, customer name, or e-mail address using the Search Bar and click on Create Request.

Select the items you want to service.

Select your Return Reason and choose a Return or Exchange option.

Select your Shipping or Refund method.

Confirm and Notify your customer. You can also skip sending notifications to your customers.
There might be scenarios where the request can't be processed within Return Rabbit. In such cases, you can cancel the request on Aspen to avoid requests stuck in the Awaiting Approval state.
Even if you cancel a service request, rest assured that you will not lose the data for that request or the reason the request was canceled.

Your customer disputed the transaction at the payment gateway

The refund has already been issued by Shopify directly
