One of the major features offered by Return Rabbit is that you can have different carriers, such as USPS and FedEx, assigned to Shipping Lanes that serve customers in different cities, states and countries. Service Lanes define the pipelines that stretch across your service zones, connecting service facilities to your customer's home. Configuring Service Lanes also provides dynamic shipping rates for your customers.
For example, you could configure a lane to use USPS for customers returning items in State A to Warehouse A and another lane to use DHL for customers returning items from State B to Warehouse B.
By default, Return Rabbit creates a lane connecting the US Continental States to your Warehouse using USPS as a carrier.
Service Lanes utilize everything that you have set up so far in shipping. Prior to adding a service lane, please ensure that your Service Facilities, Service Zones, standard box dimensions, and Carriers and SLAs have been configured in Return Rabbit.
