Configure the layout and the ads that are shown on the Shipment Tracking Page. The Shipment Tracking Page is where your customers will come when they want to check on the status of their return or exchange shipments.
A custom tracking page continues to fuel the fire for a better customer experience by allowing your customers to stay engaged with your brand. A custom tracking page can also be used as another touch point for a potential sale by displaying recommended products to your customers. Recommended products are based on Shopify's recommendation engine which determines the best products to display based on your customer's browsing and purchase history across your store.

Go to Configure > Shopper Portal > Tracking Page.

Click the pencil icon for the banner you wish to customize.

Banner 1 is displayed on the top-right of your shipment tracking page.

Banner 2 is displayed on the bottom-right of your shipment tracking page.

Tracking information related to the exchange or return will be displayed in the two long columns to the left of Banner 1 and Banner 2.

Update the image using the replace and delete buttons located under the image.

Enter a URL into the Redirection Link field.

Click the Confirm button to save your updates.
