Customer Care Information is displayed in the footer of every page of the shopper portal so that your customers can contact you in the event that they need help with a return. Here is an example of what your customers see:

Go to
Configure > Shopper Portal > Customer Care
. Then, click the pencil icon next to Customer Care. -
Enter the correct contact information into the appropriate fields.

Click the Update Information button.
Disable Customer Care Fields
Customer Care fields can only be edited and cannot be disabled. If you need to hide any of the fields, please reach out to us at support@returnrabbit.com.
