Configure what the login page looks like to your customers. You can configure how the login image, text styles, and input boxes appear on your login page.

Go to
Configure > Shopper Portal > Login Page. Then, click the Manage button.The Customize Login Page screen will open.

Edit each element by clicking the pencil icon associated to the element you wish to edit.
The following elements can be edited:

Title Style
The title style changes the font size, weight, and color of the Returns and Exchanges phrase on the login screen.

Input Label Style
The input label style changes the font size, weight, and color of the input field labels, such as the E-mail Address and Order Number labels. Please be mindful of how you change the style because if the font size is too small or if the contrast is too low some customers might have difficulty reading the labels.

Input Style
The input style setting changes the weight, size, color, and overall design of the input field. The changes you make to input styles apply to input fields throughout the portal so please be mindful of how you change the visuals.

Header Link Style
The header link style changes the font size, weight, and color of header links throughout the portal.

Brand Image
Changes the image that is visible to your customers on the login screen.
