Tracking Rabbit analytics page is the first page that you encounter when you log into Tracking Rabbit. It shows you a snapshot of your shipping as well as analytics on how much Tracking Rabbit is helping you get new views on your products and how effective your e-mail communication is. The page is divided into two sections.
Section 1 gives you a snapshot of your shipping statuses and lets you know your current order activity. Statuses are based on Shipping Events. This section does not show you real-time data.
Shipments Initiated: Shipments initiated refers to all the orders that have a label associated with them, but have not been handed over to the carrier for transit. In-Transit: In-Transit tells you the number of shipments that are currently being shipped to the shoppers, and are, hence, in transit. Out for Delivery: Out for Delivery tells you the number of shipments that are currently out for delivery to your shoppers. Delivered: Delivered frame tells you how many orders you have delivered with Tracking Rabbit so far.
Section 2 gives you the analytics related to your Shipment Tracking Page and your Customised E-mails, for a time period of your choosing. You can select the time period by setting up a date range.
Shipment Tracking page section gives you information about your Shipment Tracking page.
Page Views:
The graph shows you your page visits for the time frame that you have selected.
Recommendation Clicks: Recommendations that have been clicked on by shoppers on your Shipment Tracking Page. Banner Clicks: Banners that have been clicked on by shoppers on your Shipment Tracking Page. This information lets you know that all these clicks and views are the extra views that your shoppers are getting at your products. These are the opportunities where you can use these spaces to convert this interest into actual sales.
This is your e-mail clickthrough rate. It tells you out of the emails you’ve sent, how many were opened. This metric shows the effectiveness of your e-mail communication.
Recommendation Clicks:
Recommendation clicks tells you how many of your product recommendations have been clicked on in your e-mails.
