🌝 E-mail Templates

E-mail templates refer to the set of e-mails that you can send to your shoppers once their order has been shipped from your warehouses. These e-mails help them keep track of their orders while giving you the opportunity to show off your amazing products to them.

At the moment we provide three e-mails:

Configuring e-mails is a fairly easy task. There are two parts of the e-mails:

Branded components contain headers and footers.

Header:

Consists of your logo and a banner (optional)

Footer:

Consists of your contact us section and your social media pages’ addresses. Here’s how the editing Branded Components page looks like:

Within the e-mail templates, you can determine what recommendation rule you want to use to show products to your shoppers.
