Once you have activated your Tracking Page, your shoppers can track their orders, by using the tracking page link in the e-mails sent to them, or by looking up an Order number or Tracking Number. The tracking page will give them detailed information on where their package is, and when can they expect a delivery. And while your shopper learns about their current order, you will also be able to show them Recommendations, based on the rules you select and alert them of any sales and just about anything with the help of two strategically placed banners.
