Brief faq about exchange options
Catalog Exchange is the ability for the shopper to exchange their existing product with any other product across your entire store.
Setup your defaults for Catalog Exchange. Choose between Product Types, Collections. Exclude products by tags or price or their sales status. You're in control!
How to use catalog exchange?
Here, you will configure what shows up when a shopper decides to Exchange with any item in the store. Only the product types and collections you allow here will be visible to the shopper in the catalog exchange window.
One thing to keep in mind is that we are a complete mirror of your Shopify Store. Meaning everything you have in Shopify will show up in Return Rabbit. All your collections, product types, and so forth.
Add/Remove Product Types
To Add or Remove product types simply Check and Uncheck them. If you want to add a completely new product type please head over to Shopify to do so. Once it's complete it will automatically show up in Return Rabbit.
Similar to Product Types to Add or Remove Collections simply Check and Uncheck them. If you want to add a completely new Collection please head over to Shopify to do so. Once it's complete it will automatically show up in Return Rabbit.
Add/Remove Product Based Restrictions
If you don't want certain products to be displayed in the catalog exchange you can exclude them with product-based tags. For example, you can leverage tags like Top, Final Sale, Clearance, etc.
These tags are created in Shopify and automatically sync to Return Rabbit.
Add/Remove Price-Based Restrictions
If you don't want certain products to be displayed in the catalog exchange that is below a certain price point you can exclude them here. For example, you can set the threshold for $50 and everything in your store under $50 will not be shown.
Show/Hide Digital Products
At the very bottom of the page you'll have the ability to offer Digital Products like Gift Cards.
Simply toggle On or Off so they it can be displayed as an exchange option.
